10 Week Spring Yoga Series 2025

Spring has sprung and what a great time to make space for your yoga practice to blossom and bloom! Come enjoy yoga while we honour the ancient practice and embrace how science is catching up to realize the benefits yoga always offered. Work on stability, functional movement, mobility, balance, awareness and rest and enjoy some challenging yet achievable sequences! This class is suitable for all levels and will often include a fun physical challenge as we flow through poses and then things will slow down with some restorative postures and a nice and long guided Savasana.
