Join us in honouring this beautiful cycle in nature as we practice radiants rest for body, mind and spirit through Restorative Yoga and Yoga Nidra. Come Relax and Renew.
Restorative Yoga provides an antidote to stress through relaxation. The use of props provides a supportive environment for total restoration.
Yoga Nidra provides an opportunity to take a break from our current grind culture (and season) to participate in a structured restful meditation utilizing guided imagery with a body scan, progressive relaxation, breath awareness, welcoming feelings and thought observation while lying in Savasana for an extended period of time (and allowing the magic to unfold as it will).
You will leave feeling a wonderful sense of restoration and rest during this busy holiday season.
Your child will enjoy a holiday themed yoga class where they will play Christmas inspired yoga games, enjoy hot chocolate and perhaps a craft and visit Santa's Village using yoga poses, breath work, mindfulness and their imagination through story. Finally, they will enjoy a night before Christmas relaxation (which just might help them settle on the big night)!
